1. Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by SoftKern in the field of web and software solutions.

2. Services

The type and scope of services are defined in the respective offer or individual agreement with the client.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed by written confirmation, acceptance of an offer, or the start of service delivery.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices agreed in the offer apply. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable without deduction within the stated period.

5. Client Obligations

The client provides all information, content, and access required for service delivery in due time.

6. Liability

SoftKern is liable within the limits of applicable law. Liability for indirect damage, loss of profit, or data loss exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent legally permissible.
